Word to html conversion and add input elements dynamically [closed]

We currently have a Word document that we print and distribute to students for tests. However, we are transitioning to an online testing approach. To achieve this, we are converting the Word document into HTML elements. In this process, we need to replace blank spaces, areas where students encircle MCQ options, and similar elements with appropriate input fields such as radio buttons, checkboxes, and dropdowns. Since we have millions of documents in various formats, manually adding these input elements is not feasible. Therefore, we are looking for an automated or templated solution that can be applied universally across all documents.

We need the word to html conversion with proper conversion templates.
