Why test.only/it.only still executes other test files in Vitest with Angular v21

I migrated to Angular v21 and Vitest testing framework. Now, to debug a test, I want to run only that specific test using ng test. When I change that test to it.only it still runs tests of other *.spec.ts files. Why? And can I prevent that?

describe.only did not help here, either. Vitest documentation says:

Use .only to only run certain suites or tests

I am running tests without watch mode and parallelism seems to be enabled.
