What web component (in Angular, React, Vue, jQuery or other) use to represents strength/skills...

I'm trying to create a web page for a proof of concept that compares mock data of two personas. I need to know the name of the view/component type to find a library for this PoC.

Something like this:

John Doe Jane Doe

Skill name ++++++ | ++
Skill name ++ | +++++
Skill name +++ | +
Skill name ++ | +++++++
Skill name ++++++++ | +++
Skill name ++ | +++++
Skill name ++ | +++++
Skill name ++ | +++++

Can someone help? Thanks.
