What are the best tools and practices to effectively learn and retain Angular and .NET API...

I'm currently learning Angular and .NET API and would love to hear from experienced developers about effective ways to learn and retain these technologies.

Are there specific tools, techniques, or methods you've found particularly useful for understanding and remembering core concepts? For example:

Flashcard apps or repetition tools for coding?

Resources for building a deeper understanding of concepts in Angular or REST principles in .NET API?

Or should i just keep building multiple applications?

I have built a couple applications each one getting deeper and deeper into it, interceptors, helpers, services, interfaces, auth.guards etc for TypeScript-Angular. And DTO's, Extensions, helpers, data layer, N-Tier patterns etc for the API.

Just finding hard to retain alote, just want to do better and willing to put the time in on whatever resource will help. Any suggestion is appreciated
