Web-component that can be used in React and Angular [closed]

I have two projects - one is written in React, and the other is currently being written in Angular. Stylistically, the two projects are similar and therefore the idea arose to write stylistic components that can be used in both React and Angular.

I thought about web components so that their use would be as simple as possible. And at the same time there is another condition that the component must be available at the rendering stage on the server side.

Could you tell me if there are any already developed approaches for this? Thank you
