some files (like `routes.json`) are generated into `~/.cache/bazel` by default

I open Angular source code in the VSCode, yarn docs is success, but some files (like routes.json) are generated into ~/.cache/bazel (like ~/.cache/bazel/_bazel_anlexn/64c9487e2f334a74d8f87219256e894b/execroot/angular/bazel-out/k8-fastbuild/bin/adev/src/assets/content/reference/errors/routes.json) so that VSCoce report files can not found error.

how to let those routes.json be generated into Angular source code locally?

To be honest, bazel is very complex and very slow.

I have searched google, but can not find solutions.
