Rowgroup role is being flagged as a 508 error by SiteImprove inside ag grid

I have a few questions, maybe you guys will be able to help. I would like to know if this is an actual 508 error or just a false flag. Here's the SiteImprove Error it's flagging parts of the grid as not being nested under the right role. There's no error displaying data or anything in the grid to be clear. Just wondering why this is being flagged. Here's my html code for the grid Any insight will be helpful, I did try some of the advice that may had seem similar to my problem but it doesn't seem to work. Again maybe this is a false flag, I have try adding grid, treegrid to div containing the grid but that seems to just add another occurrence
