ReferenceError: primordials is not defined [closed]

I know this is a duplicate, but I'm getting this and started to be very annoying. None of the answers helped. I've uninstalled node, removed all the AppData npm and cache, installed it again, but no success.

this is the error and I'm not able to use angular cli at all. I have angular 18 with no Grunt of any of the described packages that are not compatible.
