[Python] Why Iterator[Never] shoud be return instead of Iterator[None]

@contextlib.contextmanager
def sone_test(self) -> Iterator[None]:
#some actions
yield
#some actions


mypy suggest Iterator[Never] instead of Iterator[None]. Does Never mean that it never returns the yield?
