[Python] Why does it take a long time to load Django? [closed]

Why does it take a long time to load the Django library using PyCharm?

Steps:

1. 
   I created a new project
   
   
2. 
   I imported Django, but got a prompt error
   
   
3. 
   I installed the Django Package in Interpreter
   

It doesn't take long time when I install other packages. Is there something wrong with my settings?
