[Python] When I install extensions like Docker a warning keeps popping up - do I leave it as...

So when I installed Docker this warning shows up:

WARNING: The scripts pywin32_postinstall.exe and pywin32_testall.exe are installed in 'C:\Users\AppData\Local\Packages\PythonSoftwareFoundation.Python.3.13_qbz5n2kfra8p0\LocalCache\local-packages\Python313\Scripts' which is not on PATH.


How do I resolve this? This keeps on showing also when I install node and other extensions.

I tried copying it as path but that did nothing.
