[Python] Whats the best way to recognize symbols in an image and output them as text? [closed]

Suppose I have an image like this and i want to convert the seen symbols in words (star,square,diamond etc.) keeping the right order, what is the best approach to the problem?

I have seen online many ways and libraries to recognize text or number using OpenCV, but not much on general symbols
