[Python] What is the error "No module named 'moviepy.editor'" in this import statement

This is at the top of the module. The second line fails. The first line does work. The error is "No module named 'moviepy.editor'"

Python version 3.10, moviepy is installed and is version 2.2.1

from moviepy.editor import ImageClip, concatenate_videoclips
