I'm currently in the middle of my Machine Learning journey and I've covered the basics like Python, NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib. Now, I'm looking to dive deeper into Scikit-learn — the library that’s widely used for implementing machine learning models and pipelines in Python.

However, since there are so many tutorials out there, I’d love to hear from experienced practitioners:

What are the best free tutorials, courses, or hands-on guides for learning Scikit-learn comprehensively?

    Ideally, something that:

Covers both theory and hands-on implementation.

Explains core concepts like model selection, pipelines, cross-validation, and hyperparameter tuning.

Has real-world examples or datasets (like Titanic, Iris, etc.).

Is suitable for intermediate learners (not just beginners or PhD-level advanced).

Can be a YouTube playlist, blog series, GitHub repo, or interactive notebook.

Bonus points if it aligns with the kind of hands-on learning platforms like Kaggle or Google Colab encourage.

    Thanks in advance!

I’ve watched a few beginner YouTube videos and tried reading the official Scikit-learn documentation, but I found it a bit overwhelming without guided examples. I was expecting a more structured, project-based or hands-on tutorial that balances theory with practical use.
