I encountered a weird problem about vscode breakpoints for python in an imported module. The module is in the subfolder 'src' of the working folder of the main program 'main.py'. Then the main program does the following to import the module named cn.py. from src import cn I have a command near the top of cn.py to execute a print("YYY") Everthing works fine till this morning. Suddenly the vscode breakpoints in cn do not work anymore. I deleted my vscode and installed it again. The problem still persists. I copied main.py and cn.py to my colleagures. They found no problem with the breakpoints in cn.py in vscode. Can someone tell me what could go wrong? Your suggestions and comments will be highly appreciated. Continue reading...
