So I have a class where we teach programming 1 to high school students. They have all with our oversight/instructions installed the latest python version and VS Code on their student laptops. It works without problems for everyone except one student, where at first VS Code struggled to find the python interpreter, which only worked after repairing python and disabling + reenabling the python extension. Now however, comes the issue that VS Code does not react at all when we press the "play" button or try to run the code. Does anyone have suggestions besides uninstalling and reinstalling(which we've tried among other things) to try to fix it? Continue reading...
