[Python] Uninstalling python 3.12 on windows Crashed the windows

    While uninstalling python 3.12.3 through control panel from windows crashed the Windows.

    I tried fixing the problem by creating a new task "explorer.exe" from Task Manager using Ctrl+Shift+Esc, but only files are appeared on the screen, missing the task bar and some other functionalities.

    How should I fix the windows? I have important files and softwares in my laptop.
