I am a beginner in python. I just got to the part in my course when we start using tkinter and PyPi, but whatever I do I cannot get tcl to work. Neither can I install any python package. I see all the files that I'm supposed to have, the tcl file, the init.tcl, the tcl8.6, but whatever I do it still won't work when I try to apply it. Can someone please help me figure this out? I sat on chatpgt for over an hour. Tried correcting the directory to where i saw the tcl file, tried uninstalling and reinstalling python, tried installing tcl independently, nothing seemed to work.
