I have a table I am trying to convert into a new format that will make it easier for myself to use a pivot table. I am beginning with something like the following: Spreadsheet showing input and output In which the top data frame is the input and the bottom data frame is the output. I have gathered I will most likely need to isolate the dates and grades into its own data frame and transpose it, however I am struggling with performing this and conceptualizing how to perform the merge.
