[Python] test file is not found using nvc with cocotb [closed]

I am getting this error when running cocotb test.



I am using nvc in WSL. I am not being able to understand what is the error because the file is there.

i am using the cocotb runner method like this:

# Run the test with cocotb runner.
runner.test(
test_module = "test_axiLite_reg",
hdl_toplevel = "axiLite_reg_top",
hdl_toplevel_lang = "vhdl"
)


I tried to simulate the vhdl with nvc to make sure that there is no error and it elaborate and run correctly.
