[Python] switch between different notebooks in the same environment(session) in colab

I am currently working with colab.

I think I have a demand to open different notebooks in the same session.

I did some work in the ipynb1, which downloaded a lot of data, installed a lot of packages in the current session, and I want to continue my work on one of my another ipynb2, to try methods on this notebook on the same session(so that I could have all the data and library I need)

Currently I can upload and open the ipynb2, but it seems start a brand new session, and all my original preparation is gone, is there a way to open a new notebook and have all former work/status continued?
