    Is there any tool that provides excel parsing in python, I dont want to use the existing conventional pandas + openpyxl like combos. I'm looking for a tool which can handle multi segmented, messed excel data and provide the parsed values as a key value pair distinguishable by sections or segments.

    My application requires dyanamic excel or csv file extraction and the file content all will be dynamic and cannot anticipate on the typw of content like headers, sections, free notes etc.. Also there can be multple level of headers like a main merged header, subheaders which sections a particular table's bunch of columns. Just like the same there can be other tables which may or may not follow the above formats.

    I have tried implementing dynamic scripts by using openpyxl and pandas but they are usefull to a limited level only. I cannot use those as the structure of the data inside the file is unpredictable.

    I am expecting an output like :

    { "sheets_count": 3, "sheets": [ { "sheet_name": "name of the sheet", "sections": [ { "section_name": "name of the section", "section_start_from_row": "section start row index", "section_end_to_row": "section end row index", "section_start_from_col": "section start col index", "section_end_to_col": "section end col index", "section_data": { "headers": [ "", "" ], "values": [ "", "" ] } } ] } ] }
