[Python] Streamlit app not downloading from Docker requirements: docker: Error response from...

Docker Issue: Trying to install streamlit and few libraries for a project. Built the dockerfile using this: FROM python:3.11 EXPOSE 8083 WORKDIR /app COPY requirements.txt ./ RUN pip install -r requirements.txt COPY . ./ ENTRYPOINT [ "streamlit", "run", "admin.py", "--server.port=8083", "--server.address=0.0.0.0" ]

and when I run the command after building this: docker run -p 8083:8083 -it chatpdf I am getting: docker: Error response from daemon: failed to create task for container: failed to create shim task: OCI runtime create failed: runc create failed: unable to start container process: error during container init: exec: "streamlit": executable file not found in $PATH: unknown.

I just want the streamlit app to run before I start working in my project, none of the similar solutions from before helped me in here.
