[Python] Spotipy web app made in python is working locally but not working deployed on render...

I am trying to make a web app to sort songs by decade. I am using spotipy to connect to spotify, and flask to make the page. When i run locally on my computer it work how it supposed to, but when deployed on render or railway it does make the playlist of the decade but does not add songs to the playlist.

In the link are two of the scripts. The file called app.py is for the web functions. The file called Main.py is for the sorting functions.

I made sure the token is refreshed, made sure the info in spotify developer is correct, and i tried 2 seperate website for deploying websites.
