I'm trying to automate an Android application using Python. Currently, I'm running a Bluestack emulator and I need a reliable, low latency input solution for the automation. I've tried adb shell input, had very little success with this approach - yes, it does tap and a swipe, but it is extremely slow and I can't do something as basic as touch and hold with separate release functionality. I've also used pyautogui which is great but requires the emulator to be in focus which makes the host machine unusable.
