I'm working on a script to collate information from a few utilities and applications. The last part I'm trying to finish up is to take color information and apply it to a table. My issue is that when I run this portion of the code:

    print(html_color)

    print(isValidHexaCode(html_color))

    try:
    global_table.setRowColors(rows=int(index), clr = html_color, cols='all')
    except Exception as e:
    print(f"An unexpected error occurred: {e}")

On elements that have a legitimate color, the following is what is shown in the console:

    Name: PNO
    Color: 4294902015
    new color = #ff00ff
    #ff00ff
    True
An unexpected error occurred: invalid color name "#00585858"

The line contailing "print(isValidHexaCode(html_color))" is simply code to try and help me to troubleshoot.

The entire file can be found here: https://github.com/lorenjz/simplescan4 and the method containing this snippet is called import_wwb

I'm not sure where to go from here. What am I doing wrong?

Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
