[Python] secret key in ckan 2.11

    I am trying to upgrade ckan to version 2.11, and trying to implement the SessionInterface class to override the open_session.. but I encountered the below exception when I load the ckan.

    I have tried to

    1. set the CKAN___SECRET_KEY into my .env file
    2. set the SECRET_KEY in the .ini file but I still encountered the below exception. Can someone please advise?
