running an optimization problem using scipy MILP function. I get to the point where the solving report pops up -- either through time limit or solution. (see below). anyways when the solving report pops up i would assume the function would return and my script would continue. However I have a print statement right after the function measuring the elapsed time, and the time between the solving report printing, and the elapsed time printing greatly varies. Is there a way to optimize this optimization lol enter image description here I tried manipulating the data to make it easier, i noticed when running milp on smaller datasets it would return faster, but even on smaller datasets it would still get hungup.
