[Python] Running the code errF<-learnError(filtFs, multithread=TRUE) [closed]

    Hi Im trying top run the code errF<-learnError(filtFs, multithread=TRUE). I have 21 samples but its only reading reads from 2 samples. Anyone help?

    I have checked the samples are there and they should be reading from the 21 samples shouldn't they? I am new to this so would appreciate any advice.
