[Python] Running a python program in VS Code doesn't show the modules [closed]

When i try to import a module into a Python program, after installing the required modules in the main env variable and confirming they are there, launching from the built-in terminal using:

python -u "path-to-file" gives me a ModuleNotFound error, whereas if i try the same thing from the same terminal using >>py -u "path-to-file" it works normally.

I've tried changing all the enviorments while also creating a venv, updated python and all my modules and i still cant get it to work.
