[Python] Run Intellij debugger with FastAPI on Azure Functions. Is there a possibility?

I have a question. With Intellij (Python Interpreter) is it possible to run debug on a Azure Functions project with FastAPI locally.

Using Azure Core Tools I can run the Azure Function locally, but not with the out of the box debugging functionalities. I also don't want to add libraries and lines of code to my project to make this possible. So main question is there a out of the box possibility with just configuration of the IDEA?
