I am creating a Telegram bot on aiogram v3. And I need to teach it to see who it has previously communicated with or who has ever interacted with this bot in any way. That is, who has contacted it with another code. I just found one unofficial bot that does this, and it somehow finds information from the outside, not the DB name or anything else except the bot token itself.
