I just started python. I created a virtual environment for a small project, my problem is that every time I install libraries on my virtual environment, it also appears in my global libraries. For instance I pip freeze inside my virtual environment in vs code, for some odd reason when I check my global library on cmd the libraries I installed in my virtual environment is also there. I uninstall and install python thinking that I may have install it wrong but it still have that issue. I also tried doing multiple virtual environment still did not fix it Continue reading...
