[Python] python module issue "ditutils"

I'm facing following issue on windows machine:

python -m distutils.core --help

<frozen runpy>:128: RuntimeWarning: 'distutils.core' found in sys.modules after import of package 'distutils', but prior to execution of 'distutils.core'; this may result in unpredictable behaviour
