[Python] Python is not loaded for jupyter notebook only, but python runs simple code in...

I already asked the question regarding this issue in project idx community (this link has )page. This thing happened to me, Project IDX using NIXOS A Linux distribution Commands. First I installed a virtual environment and installed this Jupyter notebook. I tried commands like pip install ikernal, pip install notebook and pip install jupyter. I got errors like Python is not loaded. But when I ran the normal Python programming code using 'samp.py ' (I got runnable output ) instead of 'samp.ipynb.' (no output, I got errors.)

Error: " Python is not installed. Please download and install Python to execute cells in this notebook. Once installed please reload vs code "

(Project IDX is clone of VS Code Editor). I installed and reloaded Project IDX. I can run the py files, but I can't run the IPYNB files. Please give your suggestions.I tried to install Jupyter notebook different versions That said in online. None of them worked for NIX OS. If you are expert in vs core and python please give your suggestion after reviewing Community
