[Python] Python and Selenium: open a tab with pre-installed extentions?

I need to have my selenium code run in a tab with my pre-installed extension, but when I use selenium it opens up some sort of private/devmode tab which does not have my pre-installed extensions. How can I have it open in a normal regular tab which has my pre-downloaded and pre-installed extentions?

Here is my code:
