[Python] pycharm/Pytest is deleting my file that contains my tests [closed]

I have a relatively simple program that I'm trying to test with pytest. (https://github.com/jeffreytwhitney/MultiPartMicroVu) I have a subdirectory named test and a test file named test_MVMulti.py. Whenever I run the tests in pycharm it DELETES test_MVMulti.py and then says it can't find it. What the heck is it doing??? This is driving me insane!!
