I had Python 3.13 installed on my computer, but I needed 3.11. I tried to uninstall the old version of Python, but something went wrong. Then I decided to delete all Python files. This is where things started to go wrong: when I tried to install Python using the usual method, I always got the error 0x80070643. After reading some online information, I realized that I needed to delete all Python files, but this didn't solve the problem, and the error persisted. On my last attempt at a very deep clean, I tried to install Python on the usual path again, but I got an error. Then I created a new folder on the C drive and set a custom Python installation path. It seemed to install, but when I tried to write "python --version," I got an error. I fixed it by running the installer again and selecting "Repair." However, I noticed that my Python installation path was empty. Additionally, when I tried to enter the command "where python," it did not display anything. Well, I don't know what else I can do.I hope I can find help here.

the logs show that the error is caused by "path_JustForMe"
