[Python] problem in Installing (python Library) face_recognition on windows 10/11

I am using python 3.9.9 pip 21.3.1

I am trying to install face_recognition

so I installed CMake then when I tried to install dlib using command pip install dlib I got the following

Though I have tried many solution but none of them solved my problem
