[Python] Please explain an unusual imported QIF library [duplicate]

In this library on github, https://github.com/giacomos/qifparse/blob/master/qifparse/parser.py there is an import statement that I've never seen before.

I have tried all sorts of searches to find what this file source might be, but I'm stumped. Can you explain it to me please?
