[Python] piexif can't use comma , in python XPKeywords how to fix it

exif_dict["0th"][piexif.ImageIFD.XPKeywords] = keyword_str.encode("utf-16le") + b'\x00\x00'​

When I use cat, pet, animal encode utf-16le, I get cat; pet; animal. Is there a way to fix this? I've tried everything.
