[Python] optimal methods for segmenting histology images of neurons

I am working on segmenting histology images of neurons, stained with H&E.

I was curious about the most effective method for segmenting these images.

I am looking to segment the neurons accurately from the images.

I have previously used cellpose segmentation, however it dosent seem to be working well with my data.
