I have a pyramid web app on Heroku. Today my push was rejected because I lacked a pipfile.lock. Then after adding it my build failed with the error message No Module named 'pkg_resources'. My python version is 3.13 on both heroku and my local machine and I see that pkg_resources is present however accompanied by a DeprecationWarning locally.
