I am trying to come up with a good way to visualize my data. I am calculating the similarity of results between 24 different blob/feature detection methods. Essentially, I have a list of 256 pairs (order does not matter) and each have similarity scores, e.g.: Method 1 x Method 2 = 0.87 Method 1 x Method 3 = 0.65 Method 1 x Method 4 = 0.1 ... Method 23 x Method 24 = 0.88 Where the scores are the percentage similarity of the results. I'd like to visualize this like a network or scatter, where the nodes are the different methods and the distance between nodes corresponds to the similarity values. Currently everything is just stored as np arrays. I usually use matplotlib for most plotting but I'm not sure if there's a pre-built tool that could do this for me? Thanks in advance!
