[Python] msstore Python not importing from PYTHONPATH

I added a custom directory for modules to a PYTHONPATH. But when I go to import a module I installed there, it can't find it. But when I installed it normally (without specifying my custom directory), it worked.

When I check the path using sys.path, it did show my custom path, but I still can't import.
