[Python] Motionbuilder QT error: "No Qt Platform Plugin could be initialized" for a Qt5...

I am new to QT and I am trying to run a py script in Motionbuilder 2025 that will open a QT ui. Whenever I am trying to run the script I am getting an error:

"This application failed to start because no QT platform plugin could be initialized."

It is asking me to reinstall the application. However, I believe as per some of the posts on this issue that I need to check the py environment for Motionbuilder and see if the QT files are in the proper directories.

Step taken to resolve the issue:

1. I tried adding the QT site-packages to the Motionbuilder Python directory, and restarted the Motionbuilder application. The issue didn't get resolved.

As of now this was the only step I followed to fix it. Since I am new to this, I would be really pleased if anyone could guide me regarding this issue.
