[Python] Matplotlib - polar projection ax, issue with set_theta_zero_location and the grid

My matplotlib version is 3.7.2,

here is my code:

import matplotlib.pyplot as plt

fig, ax = plt.subplots(subplot_kw={'projection': 'polar'})
ax.set_theta_zero_location('N', offset=int(28))
ax.grid(True)

ax.set_title("Polar axis, offset = 28", va='bottom')
plt.show()


i get:



and for offset = 29, i get:



that's strange, anyone can help me ?
