[Python] Match semantic of two input files having columns filed name and description

We have python 3.13

Need to match 2 files having 2 columns filed_name and description

File1 sale_1, this total sale of first month
sale_2, this total sale of second month

File 2 sale_June, this total sale of month June sale_July, this total sale of month July

output : sale_1 is equivalent to sale_June sale_2 is equivalent to sale_July
