[Python] Mark resources as external/internal with x-tagGroups using python-restx

I'm trying to find out how to gather all internal operations/resources together to proceed to documentation generation only for the public operations.

This comment suggests that tagging an operation with multiple tags is not possible (here it would have been ['Internal', 'Resource1'] but we can only call it "Internal/Resource1" or "Internal.Resource1" instead).

OpenAPI provides a way to group tags to show them ordered like this:

x-tagGroups:
- name: Plan your visit
tags:
- Operations
- Events
- name: Purchases
tags:
- Tickets


It could be a solution, but I don't see any implementation of that in the python library (flask-restx) I'm using. Any idea?
