[Python] local variable defined in enclosing scope referenced before assignment (python)...

Not quite understand the warning message on line 56. But the same message shows in both Eclipse with PyDev and VSCode, so it seems to be serious.

If I comment out line 53 to line 59, the warning message does not show at lien 45.

The RLOCK and POOL is initialized at the top of the file from line 8 to line 11 (outside of the class),

RLOCK = RLock()
POOL = Array('i', 90)
for i in range(len(POOL)):
POOL = 0
